    Getting to know each other
    After receiving your information, we schedule the first online conversation to discuss your wishes in more detail, including your budget and travel style. During this call, we also explain our fixed consulting fee and how our model works.
    Shaping your itinerary together
    You receive a first itinerary proposal for your trip through Thailand. During this second online call, we review it together and adjust it based on your feedback. If needed, we schedule an additional call to fine-tune the details, ensuring everything is exactly how you want it.
    You are ready for Thailand
    Once everything is confirmed, you’ll receive your personal travel guide, including all activities and practical details such as transfers. In a final call, we review the complete plan together so everything is clear and you can travel with peace of mind.
